Terms of Registration

• The registration of participation is binding.
• In case you need to cancel your registration, you will get 80% of your fees refunded up to 2 months prior to the conference and 50 % if you cancel up to 1 month prior to the conference. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• If you have to cancel your participation both for ECER and the other events, the above terms apply. Should you only need to cancel one of the additional events, there are special terms for the Tallinn post conference and for the school visits. Please see below for more details.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration.
• If you choose to pay by transfer, fees need to be paid within 2 weeks of the online registration (but no later than 1 week before the conference).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• Payment will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
• Registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• Submissions that are not presented because of cancellation will not remain in the online database.
• The conference programme is subject to change.

Post conference cancellation details:

• Should you not be able to attend the post-conference, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Should you have to cancel both ECER and post-conference participation, the cancellation policy for ECER participation is valid for all fees you paid.
• If you only have to cancel the post-conference and do so on or before 29 July, the full fee will be reimbursed.
• 50 %, i.e. 20 € will be reimbursed for cancellation on or before 18 August.
• After 18 August, the whole fee will remain with the organisers.

School visits cancellation details:

• Should you not be able to attend the school visit, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Should you have to cancel both ECER and school visit participation, the cancellation policy for ECER participation is valid for all fees you paid.
• If you only have to cancel the school visit and do so on or before 29 July, the full fee will be reimbursed.
• After 29 July, the whole fee will remain with the organisers.
