Submitting Full Papers

Conference Delegates are invited to submit their full papers for inclusion in the EERA Programme database - a database of conference papers.
To do so please use the form below. This will be sent as an email to the EERA office which will then add your submission to the database.

The programme database is designed as a shared knowledge base. If you would like to have your paper published in a scholarly journal, EERA would like to invite you to submit the paper to EERJ, EERA's peer-reviewed online Journal.

Online Programme Database

EERA will accept submissions handed in as DOC, RTF or PDF files as well as Word for Macintosh Documents.

Before the text will be published online, EERA needs to have received the Declaration of Copyrights by postal mail. All authors need to give their consent to the publication of the paper by filling in and signing the Copyright Declaration. For reasons of simplicity authors may hand in separate declarations. The submitter needs to inform all co-authors that they need to fill in the declaration.

Please note, all copyrights remain with the authors.

I have understood that I need to hand in a Copyright Declaration (postal mail) signed by all contributing authors and co-authors before the paper will be published within the database. Forms can be downloaded at the next step of the submission process. All rights will remain with the authors.
